Neil Warne Co-Managing Director

Neil joined Harrold Financial Planning, in 1993 after 7 years with Aviva (formerly Norwich Union), straight from school. Since then he has been advising clients in many areas of financial planning. Following Paul’s retirement in January 2015 he is now joint owner with Robyn.

Robyn Lovatt Co-Managing Director

Robyn joined HFP in July 2001 and prior to joining he had amassed 15 years service with Aviva (formerly Norwich Union). Robyn is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Financial Society. In his spare time he enjoys watching most sports (particularly Norwich City Football Club), travelling and spending time with his family (especially his grandchildren).

Gordon Carver Financial Adviser

Gordon has worked in the financial services profession since 1997. He has obtained the Diploma in Financial Planning and the FCA’s Statement of Professional Standing and is well qualified to help clients as a member of the HFP advising team. In addition Gordon also holds specialist qualifications in the field of Long Term Care planning.

He is married to Laura with two young children, Sonny & Nieve, and enjoys football, formula 1 and travelling.

Jeremy

Jeremy Gray Financial Adviser

Jeremy has been involved in financial services since joining Norwich Union (now Aviva) in 1984. He joined HFP in January 2020 as part of the acquisition of Clarkson Gray Financial Planning Ltd which he ran for over 13 years with David Clarkson. Jeremy provides private clients with advice on investments and retirement planning. He is married to Jo and has two children. Jeremy enjoys a pub quiz, squash and supporting Tottenham Hotspur!

Anthony Howell Financial Adviser

Anthony joined HFP in June 2024, but has worked in the financial services profession since 2008, progressing through roles at Natwest Bank and later as a Branch Manager for Nationwide Building Society.

He qualified as a Mortgage Adviser in 2018 and completed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2021 whilst working at another Norfolk firm. This has all helped him gain valuable experience, including how to forge long-term relationships with clients, and he shares our strong belief in ethical conduct.

Anthony is married to Natasha, is an FA qualified football coach and enjoys sports, food and travelling.

Jack Le Cornu Financial Adviser

Jack joined HFP in March 2022 after working his way up through the profession, having completed his level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Jack also has additional qualifications in Mortgage Advice, Long Term Care Insurance and Discretionary Investment Management as he continues his way to Chartered Status. His role involves advising clients and assisting the other advisers with technical matters.

Anna has worked in financial services since 1988 and joined Harrold Financial Planning Ltd in June 2008 as a mortgage adviser. In her spare time Anna enjoys running, weight training and socialising with family and friends.

Maddy Carey Paraplanner

Maddy joined HFP in February 2018 as an office administrator and is now a paraplanner, working closely with Neil and Gordon. Maddy enjoys going to the gym and swimming with her husband and daughter Hope. Any other free time she has, she spends with her family, two cats and the dog.

Craig joined the HFP team in August 2023, working in our Norwich office. He has worked in financial services for over 10 years, and is working towards his diploma in financial planning.

He has recently moved to Norwich with his family and enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is also an avid Norwich City supporter.

Steph joined HFP in November 2016 as our office manager. Steph was previously at Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) from 1991 where she worked for 17 years before leaving to be a full time mother.

She enjoys going to the gym, walking with her dog Lulu (especially on Norfolk beaches), and spending time with her family.

Mackenzie Still Administrator

Mackenzie joined HFP in our support team in February 2024, and works in our Hingham office. He is usually the first person you meet when visiting the office!

Outside of work, he is a big football fan, supporting Norwich City. He also enjoys playing football, as well as going to the gym and eating out.
